I did not receive my FREE card after I registered, why?

Your account has to be activated by our customer service before you can get the free card. A customer service advisor will call you to confirm your registration and to activate your account within 2 working days of the registration.

Why did I get a VoIP calling card for my free gift instead of a phone calling card?

All United Kingdom customers receive a free calling card as their free gift when they register with us. Customers from all other countries receive a VoIP calling card as their gift.

How can I get my account activated?

Our customer service team will try to contact you to confirm your registration and to activate your account within 2 working days of the registration. It is therefore important that you provide a valid contact telephone number during registration.

Why my account is suspended?

The possible reasons are:

  • The telephone number you provided during registration was not correct.
  • We called you at least three times but we were unable to speak to you.
  • We received duplicate registration(s) with your personal details and we had to suspend the duplicate registration(s) as a result.

In order to protect our customers from fraud, we are required to verify all new registrations by calling our customers. The telephone call usually takes less than a minute to complete. If you would like to activate your account then please email your telephone number and your registered username to cs@call28.com.

How can I pay for my purchase?

I bought a card but I haven’t received it yet, why?

All our cards are delivered by e-mail. Some e-mail providers may consider these emails as "Junk" which is why you may not see the card in your Inbox. To avoid this, you can add noreply@call28.com to your address book. Alternatively, you can also visit the "My account" section of our website and click on "View my products" to retrieve your purchased cards.

 The website tells me that I can not buy any more cards, why?

In order to prevent fraud, we allow a maximum of two cards to be purchased at a time and a maximum of one transaction to be made per day. If you want to buy in bulk or place a wholesale order, please contact us at cs@call28.com.

How can I buy a card?

Buying process is very simple. Once you have registered an account with us, you will need to login and pay for your calling card using your credit/debit card or Paypal account. When we receive the payment confirmation, we will dispatch your card to your registered e-mail address. This process is very quick and normally takes less than one hour.

The actual minutes I got from my card are different from your website, why?

The number of minutes depends on where you are calling to and what kind of phone you are calling. Calling mobiles will normally cost you about 5 times more than calling landlines.

Will my phone get charged?

Your phone will get charged by its receiving call rate; if your phone is free for incoming calls, you will not get charged. The other charges will be deducted from the balance of your call back calling card only.

I dialed my access number, but no callbacks to me, why?

Your telephone provider may be experiencing technical problems. To ensure that the problem is not with our access number, you can try to use call back at different times of the day (at least twice). If the problem still persists then please contact your telephone provider.

Yes, 30 cards is the minimum number for a wholesale order, you will certainly get a discount.
